Once customer apply for a loan and it has been approved they will receive a text message to let them know, the money will be transferred to their account and they will receive all the paperwork both electronically and through the post in the following days. Customers will then also be sent log in details for the online banking feature where they can keep track of their credit line and loan repayments.
Promotional interest rates of 3.88%p. as (with an additional 1% processing fees – E.I.R. 7.56%pa and S$50 processing fee). A S$5000 loan over 2 years will cost S$224.50 a month, total re-payable is S$5.438. Interest rates are fixed for the term of the agreement so the payments will not alter.
